Jungnang-gu (District Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi) Bang Jeong-hwan Education Support Center will operate a customized advancement/career/learning support program for local students and parents during the upcoming winter break of 2025, and will present various camps and special lectures.
This winter vacation program will run from January 10 to February 20, 2025, and will provide customized education and experience opportunities for prospective elementary, middle, and high school students and their parents. The main components of the program are specialized camps and special lectures centered on strengthening learning capacity and career exploration. Specialized camp-type programs include the ‘Native Speaker Camp’ with native English speaking instructors, the ‘Science Experiment Camp’ consisting of various science experiments to enhance creativity, and the ‘Future Education Camp (VR)’ where experiential learning using virtual reality (VR) technology is conducted. In addition, customized programs by grade level are provided, such as preparatory schools and special lectures for parents of prospective elementary school students, career camps for prospective middle school students, and high school credit camps and advancement camps for prospective high school students.

In addition, there are lectures that provide practical help, such as world history, Korean history, mathematics, sex education, and school life preparation special lectures, and there will also be experiential programs that families can enjoy together. Applications for participation will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the Bang Jeong-hwan Education Support Center website in Jungnang-gu from 2:00 PM on December 26.
Ryu Gyeong-gi, the mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, “I hope that local students will be able to spend meaningful time studying and exploring their career paths through this winter vacation program,” and added, “We will continue to provide various educational and experiential opportunities for students and parents to support their growth and learning.”
