Anseong City was selected as a Group Ⅲ city/county in the ‘2024 Construction Administration Soundness Evaluation’ conducted on 31 cities and counties in Gyeonggi Province.
The architectural administration soundness evaluation is a system that evaluates the substance of architectural administration based on the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s architectural administration evaluation, government joint evaluation, and Gyeonggi Province’s key policy performance.

In this evaluation, Anseong City received high scores in various fields, including enacting a hanok support ordinance, promoting green remodeling of public buildings, and introducing excellent policies in 2023.
This has resulted in the organization being selected as an excellent organization for three consecutive years, proving its expertise and efficiency in architectural administration.
Mayor Kim Bo-ra said, “This award is the result of our efforts to create a building environment that citizens can trust,” and added that she will continue to increase citizen satisfaction through differentiated building administration services. Anseong City plans to continue to share best practices with other cities and counties in Gyeonggi Province and strive to realize sustainable building administration.
