The video provides a detailed explanation of the current status and implementation plan of the business district, and provides information on the landowner consent process and the expected effects of the business.
In order to be designated as a business district, the consent of more than two-thirds of the landowners is required, and after obtaining consent, an application for business district designation is submitted to the Anseong City Land Civil Affairs Division.
Kwon Soon-kwang, head of the Anseong City Land Civil Affairs Division, emphasized, “The land readjustment survey project will greatly contribute to resolving land boundary disputes and increasing land use value,” and “I ask for the active participation and cooperation of landowners.”
