Goyang Special City (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 23rd that it received 30 million won in donations from the Northern Branch of Daehwa Appraisal Corporation to support low-income families.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of nine people, including Lee Moo-yeon, the Northern Branch Manager of Daehwa Appraisal, Jeong Jae-seon, the Director of the Social Welfare Bureau of Goyang City, and Kim Eun-jeong, the Team Leader of the Gyeonggi Northern Business Headquarters of the Community Chest of Korea.

“Following 2022, this year, our employees have come together to raise funds,” said Lee Moo-yeon, the Northern Branch Manager. “It is a small gesture, but I hope it will help our neighbors in need have a warm winter.”

The Northern Branch of Daehwa Appraisal Corporation has contributed to the spread of a culture of sharing in the local community by donating money every other year. This donation will be delivered to low-income families in Goyang City through the Gyeonggi Community Chest of Korea, providing practical assistance.

Jeong Jae-seon, the director of the Goyang City Social Welfare Bureau, said, “I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the executives and staff of the Northern Branch of Daehwa Appraisal and Evaluation Co., Ltd. for their consistent sharing,” and added, “We will do our best to ensure that this donation is delivered to our neighbors who really need it.”

Goyang City plans to thoroughly manage this donation so that it can be used to provide practical support for low-income families, such as heating costs and purchasing daily necessities.

The ongoing sharing activities of the Northern Branch of Daehwa Appraisal & Valuation Co., Ltd. are having a positive impact on the local community and are being evaluated as an exemplary case of realizing the value of sharing.
