Geumsan-gun has implemented an integrated power of attorney system that integrates the power of attorney required for various administrative procedures, such as land division and development permits . This system is designed to simplify administrative procedures requiring a proxy and to enable residents to receive administrative services without inconvenience .
In this Chungcheongnam-do evaluation, Geumsan-gun’s integrated power of attorney system was recognized as an innovative case that improved the convenience of residents . In particular, it was highly evaluated for creating an environment where residents can handle work efficiently by simplifying administrative procedures that can be complicated and cumbersome .
Chungnam Province evaluated the achievements of each city and county this year in six areas: land management , land policy , spatial information , real estate address policy , unmanned port surveying , and key policies . Geumsan-gun was selected as an excellent organization in recognition of various achievements, including △ Unregistered Land and Serial Land Map Maintenance Project △ Improvement of Accuracy of Waterworks and Sewerage Underground Information △ Pilot Project for Advanced Digital Topographic Map △ Stabilization of Real Estate Transaction Market △ Imposition and Collection of Development Charges △ Address Information Facility Comprehensive Survey Project, in addition to the Integrated Power of Attorney System .
The military improved the accuracy of public land registers by organizing unregistered land , and achieved protection of residents’ property rights and efficient administrative services simultaneously by improving the accuracy of spatial information and underground water and sewer information .
A military official emphasized , “ In order to protect the property rights of the military and civilians, we will continue to provide high-level administrative services to the military and civilians in the field of land and cadastral administration ,” and “ We will do our best to continue to achieve good results by taking on our work with a proactive attitude . ”
Geumsan County will continue to focus on developing innovative administrative services to improve the quality of life of its citizens and increase the efficiency of administrative procedures within the region .
Geumsan-gun’s integrated proxy system has established itself as a case of administrative innovation centered on residents . The administrative philosophy and efforts that prioritize the convenience of the residents are expected to become a model for other regions in South Chungcheong Province . Attention is being paid to the new administrative innovations and achievements that Geumsan-gun will show in the future .
