Goyang Special City announced on the 11th that it will strengthen pre-education for those who passed the real estate agent exam to increase transparency and safety in the real estate market. During the real estate agent license issuance period from December 11 to 31, the city will not only issue licenses but also provide education on safe deposits. Through this, it plans to support those who passed the exam to prepare for opening a business in the future to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for practical work in advance.

The city decided to distribute free of charge the textbooks used in the training course for 1,700 licensed real estate agents this year to those who passed the real estate agent exam. The textbooks include the latest real estate-related revised laws and actual cases that can be used in practice. It is expected that the successful candidates will increase their legal understanding through actual cases and contribute to establishing a safe and transparent transaction culture.

Goyang Special City Mayor Lee Dong-hwan said, “We will strengthen pre-training for new real estate agents entering the real estate market so that they can acquire expertise,” and “We will do our best to enhance their capabilities as real estate experts and create a safe rental transaction environment that citizens can trust.”

Through this training and distribution of textbooks, the city plans to prevent various problems that may arise during real estate transactions for those who pass the real estate agent exam in advance and further strengthen the transparency and safety of real estate transactions.
