In Namdong-gu, an area of 0.67㎢, including Nonhyeon 2 dong and Nonhyeon Gojan -dong, has been designated as a fine dust intensive management area .

The district expects that by installing a fine dust electronic board at the entrance of the Nonhyeon-Gojan-dong Administrative Welfare Center, which is a heavily populated area within the fine dust intensive management zone, it will be able to provide real-time fine dust information to many residents .

A Namdong-gu official said , “ Anyone can easily check the air quality pollution level through the fine dust electronic board, so we expect it to be effective in preventing damage from fine dust as people can take measures on their own, such as wearing masks, when high concentrations of fine dust occur. He added , We will continue to be alert to the hazards of fine dust and work to protect the health of our residents .
