Seoul Metropolitan City is recruiting prospective permanent rental housing tenants for 2024 among households without homes.
This recruitment aims to provide housing stability to low-income and vulnerable groups, and applicants must meet the following conditions.

The application period is from Monday, December 23, 2024 to Monday, December 30, 2024, and the recruitment notice will be posted on Friday, December 13, 2024. Applications are made through the local community center, and the results of the selection of prospective residents will be announced on April 18, 2025.

Applicants are eligible to apply as of the date of the recruitment announcement and are members of households without housing who live in Seoul, including those receiving basic livelihood benefits, those in the lower-middle class, and those with low-income registered disabilities. In addition, applicants must meet the income and asset holding standards for permanent rental housing, and are eligible if their monthly average income per household member in the previous year is 70% or less of urban workers and their total household assets are 241 million won or less.
The permanent rental housing units offered in this recruitment are 1,685 units in 16 complexes by Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH) and 702 units in 6 complexes by Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH). Details can be checked on the recruitment announcement date.
