The Geumsan-gun branch of the Korean Mothers’ Association provided scholarships to the Geumsan Education Love Scholarship Foundation to support youth education , and Dongyang Gas Equipment donated money to help the underprivileged .

The Geumsan Branch of the Korean Mothers’ Association presented a scholarship of 500,000 won to the Geumsan Education Love Scholarship Foundation on December 30 , 2024. This sponsorship was designed to provide a better academic environment for local youth and help them pursue their dreams .
This organization is carrying out various activities for the welfare and education of the local community , emphasizing the importance of education and focusing on supporting youth . President Kim Jeong-rye said, “ I want to contribute a little so that students can grow and fully realize their potential, ” and pledged to continue making efforts for the development of local education in the future .
Park Beom-in, the governor of Geumsan County, expressed his gratitude, saying, “ This scholarship will be an opportunity for students to dream big . ”
On the same day, Dongyang Gas Equipment, a city gas design and construction company located in Geumsan-eup, Geumsan-gun, visited Geumsan-gun Office and donated 5 million won to the Hope 2025 Sharing Campaign . The company had previously donated 3 million won in 2020 , and this year, it donated an additional 5 million won, for a total of 8 million won delivered to the local community .
The donated funds will be used to help vulnerable groups in Geumsan-gun overcome difficult times through the Chungnam Community Chest of Korea . Representative Choi Hyeong-seop said , “ I hope the donations will deliver hope to vulnerable groups in the region and help ease their difficulties, even if only a little . ”
Geumsan-gun is continuing a richer culture of sharing at the end of the year through warm donations from local organizations and companies . The support provided through the Geumsan Education Love Scholarship Foundation and Chungnam Community Chest of Korea provides practical help to students and vulnerable groups in the region and strengthens the solidarity of the local community .
Geumsan-gun’s warm sharing activities are examples of responsibility and affection for the development of the local community . The donations from the Geumsan-gun branch of the Korean Mothers’ Association and Dongyang Gas Equipment are strengthening the two axes of youth education and support for the vulnerable , and are spreading a culture of hope and sharing in the Geumsan region .
