These donation events were not limited to mere financial support. They also donated practical items such as winter blankets and daily necessities to vulnerable groups who face high heating costs in the winter, providing a great help to those in need in the community.

Lee Jae-kyung, the chairperson of the Jochiwon-eup Community Welfare Council, said, “The money and goods collected through this donation challenge will be used to eliminate blind spots in welfare services and help vulnerable groups in the region.” He added, “I would like to thank everyone who participated in sharing, and we will continue to do our best in local welfare projects.”

This event is not just a one-time event, but it is more meaningful in that it has contributed to spreading the culture of sharing in the local community and building a sustainable welfare network. Through the donation challenge, Jochiwon-eup is presenting a model for a new culture of sharing, and attention is also being paid to the possibility of spreading it throughout Sejong City.
