Yongin Special City is recruiting applicants for Yongin Youth Entrepreneurship Support Housing from January 13 to 24 to support young entrepreneurs. It will be offered at a low price of 30-50% of the surrounding market price, and a total of 14 households will be targeted to provide a stable living environment for young entrepreneurs.

Yongin Special City (Mayor Lee Sang-il) announced that it will recruit the first batch of Yongin Youth Startup Support Housing tenants for 2025 from January 13 to 24 to support and foster young entrepreneurs. This support is being carried out in cooperation with Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Corporation (GH), Gyeonggi Regional SMEs and Startups Agency, and Yongin City Industrial Promotion Agency, and is a project that provides housing purchased by Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Corporation at a lower rent than the surrounding market price.
The houses being offered this time are Yongin Youth Entrepreneurship Support Houses located in Namdong, Cheoin-gu, and 14 out of 16 households are eligible for this recruitment. Each household is designed with an exclusive area of 30.05㎡, providing an environment suitable for young entrepreneurs to live in.
The deposit for Yongin Youth Startup Support Housing is 5,366,000 won, and the monthly rent is set from 248,700 won to 435,660 won depending on income and asset standards. This is 30-50% of the market price, which can ease the financial burden on young entrepreneurs.
The contract period is 2 years, and can be extended up to 4 times (10 years) if the renewal requirements are met. Applicants must be single young people without a home living in Yongin Special City who are creative entrepreneurs (including prospective entrepreneurs).
