This training, which will be conducted for 800 people over 15 sessions, will be divided into common subjects and Cheonan City’s specialty crops. Rice and pepper cultivation methods will be selected as common subjects and will be conducted in the form of mobile training in 12 towns and districts. In addition, in-depth training on Cheonan’s representative specialty crops, grapes, cucumbers, and melons, will be conducted by inviting expert lecturers from Ipjang-myeon and Susin-myeon.

The main contents of the training include agricultural technologies and problem-solving methods in response to climate change, such as soil management, seasonal cultivation management, and pest control technologies. Through this, we plan to support farmers to increase the cultivation efficiency of each crop and establish a stable agricultural environment.

An official from the Cheonan City Agricultural Technology Center emphasized, “This training will be an important time for moving toward sustainable and innovative agriculture,” and “I hope that many farmers will participate, acquire the latest agricultural technology, and apply it in the field.”
