Jung-gu, Seoul (Mayor Gil-seong Kim) announced that it will conduct a survey on residents’ satisfaction with the AI chatbot system ‘Bu-eung-i’ from December 2 to 13. ‘Bu-eung-i’ is a non-budget AI chatbot developed by Jung-gu that provides real estate information 24 hours a day and plays a role in resolving residents’ questions and concerns in their daily lives.
This satisfaction survey was planned to improve the service based on the opinions of the residents. The survey consists of a total of 9 questions including △’Bu-eung-i’ usage path △service satisfaction △improvement areas, etc., and the specific demands and suggestions of the respondents will be collected to improve the quality of the content and system.
The method of participating in the survey is simple. Search for ‘Seoul Jung-gu Real Estate Information Department’ or ‘Bu-eung-i’ on KakaoTalk, add the channel, then click the ‘Satisfaction Survey’ button at the bottom of the chat window to respond to the survey. There will also be an event where 100 people will be randomly selected from the survey respondents and given coffee coupons.
Since its official launch in July of this year, ‘Bu-eung-i’ has been receiving great responses from residents by providing practical information and services related to real estate. Major services include: △Real estate transaction reporting △Jeonse fraud prevention information △Information on opening, relocation, and change of brokerage offices △Information on brokerage fees and moving expenses support, etc. Thanks to the provision of such information closely related to daily life, it has built trust among residents, and the convenience of using the service is also highly evaluated.
In particular, ‘Bu-eung-i’ has secured 2,590 users, which is far more than the target of 1,500 this year, and has established itself as a channel that provides practical help to residents. This is approximately 173% of the target, which shows how much residents trust and actively utilize ‘Bu-eung-i’.
Kim Gil-seong, the head of Jung-gu District Office, said, “Based on the valuable opinions of our residents, we plan to develop ‘Bu-eung-i’ into a more useful and convenient service,” and added, “We will continue to do our best to resolve residents’ questions about real estate and provide practical help to safely protect their assets.”
This satisfaction survey is expected to be an important opportunity to provide better services by strengthening communication with residents, rather than simply evaluating the service.
