Incheon City’s Namdong-gu announced on the 20th that it had carried out a youth mental health environment creation project in the Guwol 3- dong area to prevent and recover the mental health of young people .
Namdong-gu Health Center and Namdong-gu Mental Health Welfare Center delivered the ‘ Namdong-gu Youth Happiness Kit ’ to the youth of Guwol 3 -dong .
In addition , 10 cafes and restaurants on Guwol Rodeo Street were selected as ‘ Namdong-gu Mental Health Stores ’ to effectively deliver youth mental health information and services .

In addition, we have created a friendly mental health environment by providing mental health services and raising awareness online and offline .
The district has laid the foundation for the mental health and safety of residents and youth through the ‘ Mental Health Safe Zone ‘ that combines mental health and crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) .

Lee Hyuk-jae, the director of the Namdong-gu Mental Health Welfare Center and Suicide Prevention Center, said , “ Young people with mental health issues have been able to access mental health information without hesitation through cafes, restaurants , and kit promotional materials , and apply for services that are right for them, thereby laying a solid foundation for the prevention and recovery of youth mental health . ”
