Samjin Fish Cake will be participating in CES 2025, the world’s largest information technology (IT) and home appliance exhibition, which will be held in Las Vegas, USA from January 7th. In this participation, the company will jointly operate a booth in collaboration with Busan University of Foreign Studies and will showcase the potential of fish cake as a future aquatic protein.

Samjin Fish Cake plans to provide fish cake dough making experiences and fish cake pizza hot bar tastings using its self-developed Blue Meat Powder (freeze-dried surimi powder). Through this, it plans to promote the diverse uses of fish cake in the global market and reflect local reactions in its future global business strategies.
Meanwhile, Samjin Fish Cake is releasing six types of Lunar New Year gift sets ahead of the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday, and is presenting a variety of products that reflect the trends of ‘practicality’, ‘practicality’, ‘cost-effectiveness’, and ‘value for money’. From the premium line of Lee Geum-bok’s famous products set to the practical 1953 set, it has expanded the range of choices for consumers with various compositions.
Samjin Fish Cake’s participation in CES 2025 and the launch of its Lunar New Year gift set, among other activities, are expected to serve as an opportunity to promote the appeal of fish cake to domestic and international consumers as part of efforts to modernize and globalize traditional foods.
