Sejong Special Self-Governing City Hansol-dong Sangmu Taekwondo (Director Jeong Seung-min) donated 1,050 packages of ramen to needy neighbors in the local community to celebrate the New Year. The donated items were delivered on the 3rd through the Hansol-dong Community Security Council (Co-chairs Jeong Eun-ju and Lim Jae-geung), and this donation was made with pocket money voluntarily collected by children attending the Taekwondo school, making it even more meaningful.

Sangmu Taekwondo has been continuously donating ramen every year since 2019, and is leading the way in delivering warmth to the local community. This donation, in particular, is contributing to the formation of positive values in the local community as children participated voluntarily.

Lim Jae-geung, the chairman of the Hansol-dong branch of the private sector, expressed his gratitude, saying, “Sangmu Taekwondo is a role model that leads the culture of sharing in the local community every year.” He also promised that this donation would lead to practical help, saying, “We will make sure to deliver the donated ramen to our neighbors who really need it.”

Sangmu Taekwondo’s ongoing donation activities are having a great impact on spreading the culture of donation in the local community. In particular, children are taking the lead, spreading positive awareness about donations, and creating opportunities for more people to participate in sharing activities.

This kind of sharing practice goes beyond simple donations, strengthening the sense of community in the local community, and contributing to creating an environment where everyone can grow together through sharing.
