Support for victims of Jeju Air passenger plane disaster

Incheon Michuhol-gu Mental Health Welfare Center and Suicide Prevention Center announced on the 31st that they are urgently operating an integrated psychological support center to help victims and their families who are suffering from mental difficulties due to the Jeju Air passenger plane disaster and other disaster accidents.

The support target is the passengers, crew, rescue workers, and on-site citizens who were affected by this accident, as well as the victims and related parties within the area. The integrated psychological support center provides services such as one-on-one psychological counseling, referral to psychiatric treatment hospitals, and support for treatment costs.

“We will do our best to provide practical support to the bereaved families and those involved who have suffered psychological shock from this disaster,” said a center official. “We will cooperate with the local community to help the victims find mental stability.”
