Based on these achievements, this conference is expected to be an important opportunity to suggest future directions for economic development and strengthen cooperation between local investment companies and technology-oriented small and medium-sized companies.
At the conference, 12 individuals and organizations who have contributed to the Ulsan economy will be awarded the Ulsan Mayor’s Award. The Ulsan Techno Park Enterprise Support Team will provide a detailed introduction of next year’s enterprise support policies and announce support measures that enterprises can actually utilize. The policy announcement will focus on various support measures designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises innovate and induce sustainable growth.
As a special lecture, economic expert Jeong Cheol-jin, CEO of Jin Investment Consulting, will take the stage to give a lecture on the topic of ‘Domestic and international economic trends and carbon border adjustment system.’ This lecture is expected to be of great help to the attendees as it presents preemptive response measures to major issues faced by companies such as global economic changes and carbon regulations.
Ulsan Mayor Kim Du-gyeom said, “This year was a year in which companies and related organizations cooperated and achieved meaningful results despite difficult economic conditions,” and added, “Ulsan will continue to create a business-friendly environment through strategic investment attraction and regulatory improvement.” He emphasized cooperation with companies leading the local economy and promised continued support and cooperation.
