Ulsan Culture and Arts Center announced the 2025 annual plan for arts education (art class) and promised to provide new arts and culture experiences to Ulsan citizens. The special education section offers creative and healing-oriented courses for children and adults. The Children’s Experience Class in August will provide children with an opportunity to develop their artistic imagination and creativity. In addition, a humanities concert on healing and relaxation will be held in October to provide citizens with cultural comfort and new insights.

Theory education consists of basic courses that help with artistic understanding. The History of Music course in June explains the historical flow and changes in music, and the World of Art course in July explores various artistic expression techniques and cultural contexts. In particular, the exhibition docent training course , which was introduced for the first time this year, provides expertise and practical experience to art majors and enthusiasts. This course is divided into theory education, speech training, and practical courses, and systematically teaches participants the role and capabilities of an exhibition docent.

Practical training is one of the most popular programs among citizens and runs from March to October without a break. This year, vocal music classes and chord progression classes have been newly added to further expand the scope of learning. The vocal music class provides an opportunity to develop musical expression and emotion, while the chord progression class is a unique class that reinterprets traditional art in a modern way.

Ulsan Culture and Arts Center provides artistic inspiration to citizens through the Art Instructor Special Exhibition. This exhibition, held throughout February and March, not only shows the instructors’ expertise and creativity through their creative works, but also presents new artistic perspectives to Ulsan citizens.

An official from the Cultural Arts Center said, “This art education program was designed so that citizens can enjoy art up close. We hope that citizens can enjoy enriched daily lives through creative and healing-oriented classes.”
