On the 14th, Anseong City conducted practical training for public officials and personnel/labor managers in the city hall conference room.
This training was designed to improve the practical skills and resolve grievances of those assigned to new jobs due to regular personnel transfers in the first half of 2025.

The training was conducted by Lee Chun-woo, a certified labor attorney affiliated with Anseong City, and covered practical knowledge that those in charge must know, such as the contents of public service collective bargaining agreements, calculation methods for annual leave compensation, the difference between regular wages and average wages, and matters related to the four major insurances.
The city plans to continuously expand the scope of education to resolve labor-management difficulties and strengthen practical capabilities, and is also operating a labor law education program for citizens starting in 2023.
