Anseong City, Realizing Educational Welfare by Supporting Kindergarten Admission Celebration Funds

Anseong City announced that it will provide admission congratulatory money to children entering kindergartens in the city starting in 2025.

This project was established to reduce the financial burden on parents and create a happy educational environment in Anseong City through universal support for early childhood education.

The admission congratulatory money is for children entering kindergarten for the first time, and 100,000 won is paid per child. Payment is made in Anseong City local currency, and applicants should visit the administrative welfare center of the town, township, or neighborhood of the child’s registered address and submit an application form along with an ID card.

Mayor Kim Bo-ra said, “Enrolling in kindergarten is an important moment for both children and parents,” and added, “I hope that the congratulatory support will add a little joy and become the starting point for expanding educational welfare.”
