Anseong City (Mayor Kim Bo-ra) announced that it was selected for the ‘2024 Zero-Emission Vehicle Conversion Brand Competition’ hosted by the Ministry of Environment, and installed 24 electric vehicle charging facilities in 8 locations, including the Geumbukjeongmaek Information Center, by the end of 2024.

The newly installed charging stations consist of 6 rapid chargers and 18 slow chargers, and the Geumbukjeongmaek Information Center has 3 slow chargers and 1 rapid charger installed to increase convenience for the transportation disadvantaged (pregnant women, disabled people, etc.).
Mayor Kim Bo-ra said, “Anseong City will continue to expand its electric vehicle charging infrastructure and play a leading role in achieving carbon neutrality goals and expanding the supply of eco-friendly vehicles.”
