Special guarantee support for small business owners expanded to 15.6 billion won
Asan City is significantly expanding the scale of special guarantee support to stabilize the management of small business owners in the city. The support budget, which was 9.6 billion won last year, will increase to 15.6 billion won this year, and companies can receive up to 50 million won at low interest rates through the Chungnam Credit Guarantee Foundation. This is expected to be a great help to small business owners who are struggling due to the economic downturn and rising interest rates.
Expanding tax benefits for small homes and families with multiple children
Tax benefits for housing stability will also be strengthened. If you are purchasing a small multi-family home or urban living home for the first time in your life, the acquisition tax reduction limit will be expanded to 3 million won. In addition, the automobile acquisition tax reduction benefit for households with multiple children will be expanded to households with two children starting this year, allowing you to receive a half-amount of acquisition tax reduction.
New policies for agriculture and the environment
The establishment of ‘rural stay shelters’ where urban residents who wish to return to farming or rural life can experience rural life will be permitted. These shelters, which will be operated in the form of temporary structures with a floor area of 33㎡ or less, are expected to provide practical help to urban residents considering settling down in rural areas.
In order to expand eco-friendly agriculture, the unit price of direct payments will be increased, and the maximum area for payment per farm will be expanded. In addition, a policy will be implemented to collect waste oil generated by self-maintenance of agricultural machinery free of charge, and to replace the amount of waste oil collected with new oil. This is expected to have a great effect in terms of preventing rural environmental pollution and recycling resources.
Improving the online bulk waste disposal system
Starting in March, the application system for disposing large waste will become much more convenient. A photo registration function will be added to facilitate the confirmation of the disposal location, and the status of waste collection can be checked with a real-time notification service. In addition, in addition to existing account transfers and card payments, Kakao Pay and virtual account payments will be added, greatly improving convenience for citizens.
The goal is to provide real benefits to citizens.
City officials said, “We hope that these newly implemented or expanded policies will provide real help to citizens,” and emphasized, “We will do our best to actively promote the policies so that citizens can make good use of the benefits they need.”
‘Changes in systems and policies in 2025’ can be found on the Asan City Hall homepage notice board, and will be provided as a booklet at each town, township, and dong administrative welfare center starting on the 15th. Asan City expects that these policies will substantially improve the lives of its citizens in the areas of economy, environment, and agriculture.
