Incheon Dong-gu (District Mayor Kim Chan-jin) announced that it held a communication meeting with food and public health business operators in the district on the 7th, 8th, and 10th to discuss stabilizing people’s livelihoods. Approximately 30 food and public health business operators, including Dong-gu District Mayor Kim Chan-jin, attended the meeting and engaged in heated discussions.
This meeting was organized to share the difficulties and opinions of small business owners who run restaurants and beauty shops in the region, and to discuss policy establishment and support measures based on trust. Participants emphasized the need for realistic support measures in a situation where they are struggling due to the economic downturn and worsening operating environment.
The main topics of discussion included ▲Expansion of small business support projects ▲Strengthening publicity for economic revitalization ▲Relaxation of regulations, etc. In particular, the participants actively emphasized the need for customized policies that can provide real benefits, and requested that the Dong-gu Office continue to cooperate with food and public health business operators in the future to come up with various solutions.

Kim Chan-jin, the mayor of Dong-gu, said, “The local economy is also suffering from the global economic downturn, but we will do our best to establish and implement policies that can help restore the local economy and stabilize the management of small business owners who form the backbone of the local economy.”
