Goyang Special City is promoting a small agricultural machinery support project in 2025 to reduce the burden of farming on farmers and increase productivity. This project provides 50% support for the purchase cost of eight types of agricultural machinery, including walking managers, and aims to improve farming convenience, especially for elderly farmers, small-scale farmers, and female farmers.
The target of support is a farmer who has lived in Gyeonggi Province for more than one year, owns or leases more than 1,000㎡ of farmland and actually cultivates it, and is registered in the agricultural management information.
The support items and the maximum amount by type are as follows. Small tractors are supported up to 5 million won, walking managers are supported up to 1.5 million won, electric shears are supported up to 1 million won, and electric sprayers are supported up to 150,000 won. Applicants can receive support for half of the cost of purchasing agricultural machinery, which can greatly reduce the financial burden.
To apply for the business, you must submit an application to the agricultural administration team of the district office where the agricultural machinery storage facility is located. The application deadline is February 21st, so please be careful because if you do not apply within the application period, you will not be able to receive support.
Goyang City Agricultural Technology Center expects that this support project will not only increase convenience and productivity for farmers, but also contribute to resolving the problem of aging in rural communities.
