Incheon Dong-gu, Small Business Environment Improvement Project Participation Participant Recruitment

Incheon Dong-gu announced that it is recruiting companies to participate in the ‘2025 Small Business Environment Improvement Project’ to create jobs for small and medium-sized enterprises in the district and revitalize the local economy.

This project was designed to support corporate production activities and improve the working environment. Applicants are small and medium-sized enterprises operating in manufacturing and factory buildings registered in Dong-gu, and the number of regular employees must be less than 50. In addition, only companies that have been in business for more than two years can apply, and each company can receive up to 30 million won in support.

Companies wishing to participate must complete the Social Economy Division business plan posted on the Dong-gu Office website’s public notice section by February 14th and submit it to the Dong-gu Office’s Job and Economy Division Business Support Team along with the required documents.

Business support is divided into two categories: ▲ labor environment improvement and ▲ work environment improvement. Labor environment improvement focuses on facility renovation and maintenance to improve worker welfare, such as restrooms, break rooms, and chairs. Work environment improvement supports small and medium-sized enterprises that have work safety issues due to aging production equipment and machinery, and provides support that contributes to improving production efficiency, such as installing lighting facilities, replacing light-emitting diodes (LEDs), and improving processes.
