Incheon Michuhol-gu (District Mayor Lee Young-hoon) announced on the 17th that it received a total of 7.63 million won in neighborhood support funds from the local daycare center association.
The Home Daycare Center Association (Chairman Son Chan-mi) donated 1.3 million won on the 10th, the Private Daycare Center Association (Chairman Jo Eun-young) donated 2.5 million won on the 13th, and the Government-Supported Daycare Center Association (Chairman Jeong Yun-jeong) donated 3.83 million won to the district on the 16th.
This donation was made with donations from daycare directors and teachers who are taking care of children at daycare centers. The heads of the daycare center association said, “We have come together with the hope that this will be of some help to those in need in the region,” and “We hope that this will provide warm comfort to those who are going through the cold winter.”
Mayor Lee Young-hoon said, “I would like to thank the Daycare Center Association for showing interest in the underprivileged and participating in sharing despite the difficult conditions for operating daycare centers,” and added, “We will carefully deliver the donations to places in need with a warm heart.”

Meanwhile, Michuhol-gu plans to use this donation to support low-income families and neighbors in blind spots of welfare in the district. This sharing by the daycare center association is a meaningful movement for the local community and serves as an example.
