Incheon City Namdong-gu Urban Management Corporation announced on the 9th that it held special training to prevent the formation of ‘ cartels in the workplace ‘ at Namdong Swimming Pool .
The training was designed to make all employees aware of the problems of unfair practices and exclusive group formation within the organization and to build a healthy organizational culture .
The corporation expects that through education, it will be able to prevent the risk of forming cartels within the organization in advance and contribute to strengthening fairness and transparency .

The training covered the definition of ‘ cartel ‘ and the causes of its formation within organizations , and analyzed specific measures and real-life cases to prevent it .
This training was conducted directly by Namdong Swimming Pool Manager Lee Hyeon-woo as an internal instructor , and provided easy-to-understand explanations of the problems and practical advice .
A post-training survey found that most participants found the training very useful and emphasized the need for regular follow-up training and monitoring .
