Yeongdeungpo-gu announced on the 17th that it will be issuing the first ‘Yeongdeungpo Ddanggyeoyo Gift Certificate’ on February 3rd. This gift certificate will be issued through a business agreement with Shinhan Bank, and is planned to provide an opportunity for mutual growth for local small business owners and residents.

‘Yeongdeungpo Ddaenggyeoyo’ will help reduce the management burden of small business owners by providing a low 2% brokerage fee to franchisees. Consumers can purchase this gift certificate at a 15% discount, which will help reduce their financial burden. The district plans to issue ‘Yeongdeungpo Ddaenggyeoyo Gift Certificates’ every month from now on, and this will continue from February to November of this year.

The ‘3 Free (Free) Benefits’ for small business owners are also provided. This includes store opening fees, monthly usage fees, and advertising costs, and consumers have a limit of up to 1 million won when purchasing gift certificates. Currently, there are 1,774 Yeongdeungpo affiliated stores registered in the ‘Ddaenggyeoyo’ app, and the district plans to continuously expand affiliated stores in major commercial districts.

Yeongdeungpo-gu District Mayor Choi Ho-kwon emphasized, “The Yeongdeungpo Ddanggyeoyo gift certificate is a win-win policy that provides positive opportunities to both residents and small business owners,” and added, “We will not spare any effort in providing multifaceted support to help revive the stagnant local economy.”
