[Yeongdeungpo Arts Square] This is Korean Traditional Music (Easy)! Performance Guide

A traditional Korean music performance will be held at Yeongdeungpo Art Square under the theme of ‘Our exciting music, now it’s traditional Korean music!’ This performance was planned to link with the elementary school music curriculum so that children can easily experience the charm of traditional Korean music. Admission is free, and advance registration is available through the Yeongdeungpo Art Square website.

The performance provides an opportunity to directly experience the beauty of Korean traditional music by utilizing various traditional instruments such as janggu, buk, and gayageum. In particular, this performance is expected to be very popular with children and families as it consists of a program that reinterprets the core elements of Korean traditional music with a modern sensibility. Through the performance, participants can experience the charm of Korean traditional music in a new way and deepen their understanding of traditional music.
