Yeonsu-gu ( Mayor Lee Jae- ho) announced on the 17th that it will expand the scope of the ‘ Community Facility Safe Apartment ‘ project to 9 locations this year to ensure a safe quarantine environment in the daily lives of residents .
‘ Community Safe Apartment ‘ is a project that Yeonsu-gu has been implementing for the first time nationwide since 2022. It establishes quarantine guidelines for apartment community facilities and supports facility guidance and inspection , quarantine rule education and promotion , etc.
Last year, a satisfaction survey targeting 52 people , including apartment community facility managers and residents, showed a high satisfaction rate of 96% . This year, the target will be expanded to 89 complexes and efforts will be made to create a safe quarantine environment .

Accordingly, the district will recruit apartment complexes to participate in the Community Safety Apartment Project from the 20th of this month to the 21st of next month .
The apartments selected this time will receive ▲ quarantine guidelines for daily life , ▲ posters on infectious diseases by period , ▲ environmental inspections and facility inspections , ▲ quarantine education for facility managers and residents , ▲ quarantine supplies, etc. according to the characteristics of each complex’s facilities , and awards will be given to excellent complexes and managers .
The selection criteria include ▲ 2 types of community facilities including at least 1 type of indoor sports facility ▲ approval by the admission committee ▲ autonomous operation of the facility ▲ designation of a quarantine manager , etc.
