Yeonsu-gu ( Mayor Lee Jae- ho) will conduct safety inspections of public facilities in the areas of disaster safety management , electricity , and gas from the 13th to the 24th of this month ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday .
This inspection will be conducted in the form of a preliminary inspection with the participation of officials from related departments , facility managers , and private experts from related organizations at 10 sales facilities where an increase in users is expected during the Lunar New Year holiday .
Key inspection items include ▲ the status of education and training in the field of disaster management , ▲ the status of safety management such as installation of evacuation routes and securing of evacuation routes , ▲ normal operation of electrical and gas facilities and safety inspections , etc.

We plan to immediately improve any issues identified in the pre-inspection , implement emergency measures for facilities that are difficult to maintain before the Lunar New Year holiday , and continue to manage them until the risk factors are completely eliminated .
A Yeonsu-gu official said, “ We will conduct thorough on-site inspections to eliminate even the smallest risk factors in advance so that Yeonsu-gu residents can enjoy a safe and secure holiday during the Lunar New Year, the nation’s biggest holiday .” He added , “ We will create a safe city of Yeonsu-gu . ”
