Suwon City ( Mayor Lee Jae-jun ) and Ajou University Student participation program at the ‘ 2025 Suwon ITS Asia Pacific General Assembly’ We are holding the ‘ ITS Ideathon Contest’ .
The ITS Ideathon competition will be held at the Suwon Convention Center and Suwon Youth Hostel from May 28 to 30 , the same day as the 2025 Suwon ITS Asia-Pacific General Assembly .
College and graduate students in the ITS field from Korea and abroad, including 7 universities related to Ajou University and 11 member countries of the ITS Asia – Pacific General Assembly, will participate and exchange ideas . Ideathon is a combination of the words idea and marathon, and is a competition in which ideas are generated and presented within a limited time .
The Suwon City ITS Asia Pacific General Assembly Organizing Committee Secretariat and the Ajou University Innovation Convergence Institute Future Automobile Business Group held a meeting at Ajou University on the 17th and discussed the theme and operation plan of the ITS ( Intelligent Transport System ) Ideathon competition .

Suwon City official said “We would like to thank Ajou University for actively participating in the ITS Ideathon competition.” “We will work hard to prepare so that students can fully demonstrate the knowledge they have accumulated and enjoy various programs such as exhibitions and academic sessions,” he said .
Jointly hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Suwon City ‘ 2025 Suwon ITS Asia Pacific General Assembly’ Under the theme of ‘ Hyper-Connected Cities by ITS ‘ , it will be held at Suwon Convention Center and Suwon City from May 28 to 30 .
High-level meetings , including ministerial and vice-ministerial meetings, academic sessions , exhibitions and business consultations , technology demonstrations and inspections , citizen participation programs , and official and social events will be held, and approximately 10,000 people from 20 countries are expected to participate .
