Yeongdeungpo-gu announced that it will hold its first ‘Redevelopment Project Academy’ of the year at 4 PM on January 17th at the Redevelopment and Reconstruction 2nd Counseling Center. This training is for residents interested in redevelopment and reconstruction, and will share key stages and precautions to increase residents’ understanding and support their active participation in the project.
The training will be given by the director of Yeongdeungpo Redevelopment and Reconstruction Consulting Center, who will personally participate as an instructor and provide detailed information on the latest developments in redevelopment projects, including ▲major redevelopment project revisions ▲major issues by each stage of implementation. The lectures will be structured to make it easy to understand complex redevelopment procedures through case-based lectures, and the Q&A session will help residents resolve any questions or difficulties they may have on site.

Any resident interested in the maintenance project can participate for free, and applications can be made through the ‘Integrated Reservation’ bulletin board on Yeongdeungpo-gu’s website or by calling the ‘Yeongdeungpo Redevelopment/Reconstruction Consultation Center.’
Yeongdeungpo-gu is currently actively promoting various development projects to improve the city’s appearance and residential environment, and is providing accurate and professional information through the ‘Yeongdeungpo Redevelopment and Reconstruction Consulting Center’. The center is located on the first floor of the Singil 5-dong Community Center and the second floor of the Mokhwa Village Vitality Center in Munrae-dong, and is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays.
