Yeonsu-gu ( District Mayor Lee Jae-ho ) announced on the 17th that it will operate a ‘ muscle strengthening sling class ‘ that is effective in muscle recovery and body shape correction at the ‘ Laonzena Smart Active Center ‘ health center .
‘ Laonzena Smart Active Center ‘ is a healthcare space with an area of approximately 146 pyeong (482 ㎡ ) that has introduced cutting-edge smart technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and motion recognition cameras for the first time in Incheon . It was operated on a trial basis for one month in December .

The strength training sling class is a program designed to maintain body balance and strengthen muscles by using ropes hanging from the ceiling .
The Sling Class will be held every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the month of February and will be divided into two classes, with customized programs for those in their 40s and older .
Subjects will be able to check whether their bodies have improved after the program ends through pre- and post-measurement of body composition and posture .

Citizens who wish to participate can apply on a first-come, first-served basis through the Yeonsu Culture Portal or by phone ( ☏ 032-749-8169) until the 31st of this month .
In particular, anyone living in Yeonsu-gu can make a reservation in advance to receive a body composition test, posture test , joint movement test , physical strength test , and other customized exercise and nutrition consulting using Real PT and gait analysis .
A health center official said, “ We will carry out various programs to ensure the healthy and happy daily lives of our residents . ”
