Goyang Special City (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) Library Center announced that it will implement the ‘Hello, Book Bundle’ lending service at 18 libraries starting on the 24th to help spread reading culture and develop reading habits in children.

**’Hello, Book Bundle’** is a special lending service that the **’Children’s Book Exploration Group’**, a group of librarians in Goyang City, has compiled a selection of recommended books that they have personally read and carefully selected from children’s books published this year. A total of 110 books selected by librarians are organized by age group and provided for preschool children, 1st and 2nd graders, 3rd and 4th graders, 5th and 6th graders, and parents.

This service is a great help to children and parents who have difficulty choosing books, and continues to be a popular reading support program.

**’Hello, Book Bundle’** can be borrowed separately from the existing borrowing volume, and the borrowing period is up to 2 weeks. However, reservations and interlibrary loan requests are not possible, and can only be borrowed by visiting the children’s library.

A library official said, “We hope that this ‘Hello, Book Bundle’ service will help children and their parents reduce the difficulty in choosing books and increase their interest in reading.”

For more detailed information, please contact the children’s library of each library.
