Yeonsu-gu ( District Mayor Lee Jae-ho ) Health Center announced on the 26th that it had provided infectious disease prevention and management training to approximately 40 workers at infection-vulnerable facilities in the region .

This training was designed to improve the on-site response capabilities of infectious diseases and strengthen infection control capabilities for approximately 40 managers and workers at infection-vulnerable facilities such as nursing hospitals and long-term care facilities with a high risk of severe group infections .
The main contents consist of ▲ the concept of isolation , ▲ quarantine rules within the facility such as proper hand washing , ▲ facility environment management , ▲ response system in case of group infection in infection-vulnerable facilities , etc.
An official from Yeonsu-gu Health Center said, “ In the case of infectious diseases, the rapid response and role of field workers on the front lines of quarantine are important .” He added , “ We will create a safe Yeonsu-gu where you can be assured of the safety of infectious diseases . ”
