Dongjak Cultural Center, located in Dongjak-gu, held a splendid commemorative birthday party to celebrate its 26th anniversary.
Founded in 1998, Dongjak Cultural Center has made a significant contribution to the local community by consistently recruiting students and producing many professional artists, commentators, and humanists through systematic educational programs.

This commemorative event was a time to honor the dedication of the staff who have worked for 26 years since the opening of Dongjak Cultural Center. It was also a meaningful moment as exemplary awards were given to students who have consistently attended the Cultural Center’s programs for over 20 years and contributed to the development of local culture.
In particular, the oldest student at Dongjak Cultural Center, Kwak Ae-ja (90 years old), surprised everyone by attending this event. Kwak Ae-ja has become a role model for many people by showing a life that transcends age with passion.

The highlight of the event was the Dongjak Cultural Center’s presentation of works, which was successfully concluded with great response from the attendees. The presentation was a place where the students of Dongjak Cultural Center presented various works prepared by them and shared their learning achievements. In addition, a raffle was held, making it an even more enriching and enjoyable time.
This 26th anniversary event of Dongjak Cultural Center was a place where local residents and the Cultural Center family could celebrate and enjoy together, and it raised expectations for even greater development and advancement in the future.
