Yeongdeungpo Cultural Foundation (CEO Lee Geon-wang) announced that it will hold the year-end concert ‘Kim Chang-wan Band’ and the musical gala concert ‘Winter’s Melody’ for a special year-end with music. This performance is a special event that marks the end of the 2024 season, and has the record of being sold out.

On December 21st, the Kim Chang-wan Band, which spans generations, will take the stage. The Kim Chang-wan Band, which inherited the tradition of the legendary rock group Sanulrim from the 1970s, continues to be loved for its unique music. In addition to Sanulrim’s hit songs such as “Your Meaning,” “Ani Already,” “Laying Silk in My Heart,” and “Reminiscence,” the concert will also feature Kim Chang-wan Band songs such as “Woodoo Dada,” and “Middle School 2.” In particular, this concert is expected to provide a generational thrill that both the older and younger generations can enjoy together.
On December 24th, a musical gala concert titled ‘Winter’s Melody’ will be held to celebrate Christmas Eve. Musical actors Shin Young-sook, Kai, and Park So-yeon will make special appearances, and choreographer Lee Kyung-hwa’s musical performance team Depas will join the stage. In this performance, composer and music director Kang Sang-goo plans to captivate the audience with rich sounds along with a 12-member orchestra.
Yeongdeungpo Cultural Foundation is focusing on providing local residents with an unforgettable musical experience through this performance and leading the revitalization of culture and arts.
