Seongnam City announced that it will designate Seohyun 365 Hospital, located on the 6th floor of N Town Building in Seohyeon-dong, Bundang-gu, as the second Moonlight Children’s Hospital starting in January 2025. Moonlight Children’s Hospital is part of a policy to significantly improve accessibility to medical care for pediatric patients under the age of 18 by providing medical services on weekday nights and holidays.
Seohyun 365 Clinic is open year-round from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends and public holidays. Through this, an environment has been created where even sudden pediatric illnesses can be dealt with quickly.
In particular, for the convenience of prescriptions, Jeongseong Pharmacy (open until 10 p.m.) and Daehwa Pharmacy (open until 1 a.m.) are designated as cooperative pharmacies and are operated. Parents will be able to reduce the inconvenience of going back and forth between the hospital and the pharmacy to obtain medicine.
With this designation, Seongnam City will have its second Moonlight Children’s Hospital following Santa Maria 24 Hospital (designated in October 2024), and there are a total of 103 hospitals in operation nationwide. Seongnam City plans to further strengthen the pediatric emergency medical system in the region by expanding Moonlight Children’s Hospital.
