Incheon Seo-gu (District Mayor Kang Beom-seok) announced that it will promote the ‘2025 Overseas Exhibition Individual Participation Support Project’ for small and medium-sized enterprises in the district that have excellent technology and products but are having difficulty finding sales channels due to lack of overseas sales capabilities.
This support project is a program in which the West supports participation in overseas exhibitions for companies in the district to help small and medium-sized enterprises enter overseas markets. Applicants for participation are manufacturing companies whose headquarters or factories are located in the West as of the date of the recruitment announcement, and whose export performance in the previous year is less than 20 million dollars.
Recruitment will be held until January 31, and a total of 9 companies will be selected. Selection will be made through quantitative evaluation based on the Seo-gu Office’s own selection criteria and qualitative evaluation by Incheon Techno Park (ITP). However, companies that have received support from other organizations or local governments for the same exhibition will be excluded in accordance with the principle of preventing duplicate support.
Selected companies will be supported with up to 5 million won for expenses related to participating in overseas exhibitions, such as booth rental fees. Companies wishing to participate can contact the Seo-gu Office Business Support Division (☎032-560-4442) or check the Seo-gu Office website for more information. Applications can be submitted online through the Incheon Small and Medium Business Customized One-Stop Support Service Platform (BizOK, bizok.incheon.go.kr).
In addition to this support project, the West is operating various support programs such as ▲support for establishing overseas branches ▲developing new markets through export consultations ▲support for foreign language interpretation and translation, etc., to help small and medium-sized enterprises enter the global market.
