Incheon City Gyeyang-gu Jakjeon 1-dong Yein Church (Senior Pastor Kim Il-soo) donated 50 ‘Love Boxes’ of food for the underprivileged to Jakjeon 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center on the 2nd. This donation was made as part of ongoing activities to practice warm sharing with underprivileged neighbors in the region.

On the 2nd, Operation 1 announced that the Yein Church donated 50 ‘Love Boxes’ to the underprivileged in the region to mark the start of the new year. The Love Boxes are made up of essential food items such as rice, ramen, and canned goods, and are expected to be of great help to the underprivileged who are enduring the cold winter.
Pastor Kim Il-soo said, “As the new year begins, I wanted to provide even a small amount of help to our struggling neighbors in the region who are enduring the cold winter,” and added, “We will continue to engage in sharing activities for the local community in the future.”
Eun-jin Cha, the head of Operation 1, responded, “I am deeply grateful to the Yein Church for practicing warm neighborly love despite the economically difficult times,” and “We will carefully deliver the donated items to our neighbors who really need them.”
Operation 1-dong plans to quickly deliver the donated love boxes to vulnerable and marginalized households in the district to help neighbors have a warm winter.
This donation of the Love Box is part of the ongoing sharing activities that the Yein Church has continued this year, following last year. The church’s warm heart, together with local residents, is a great help to the needy neighbors in the area.
