Yeongdeungpo-gu announced that it is recruiting conductors and accompanists for the Yeongdeungpo-gu Women’s Choir to foster the emotional lives of the people and develop local culture and arts. The application period is from December 30, 2024 to January 10, 2025, and we are looking for talented individuals.
Yeongdeungpo-gu is planning to select one conductor and one accompanist for the choir with the goal of expanding the operation and performing arts of the local women’s choir. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in music, have abundant conducting and accompaniment skills and experience, and have no disqualifications according to the Local Public Officials Act. Regular practice is held every Tuesday and Friday, and we are looking for someone who can actively participate in the choir’s activities.

The documents to be submitted are application forms, resumes, self-introductions, etc. For more information, please contact the Yeongdeungpo-gu Culture, Sports, and Arts Team. Successful applicants will work for two years starting February 1, 2025, and may be reappointed based on performance. The district office stated, “The choir will contribute to improving the emotional quality of life of residents through cultural activities that they can participate in together with local residents.”
